Since then, Frank has become not only our go-to guy for Jaguars (or for explaining the differences compared to other new luxury vehicles to help us with decion making) but also for answers and solutions to any of our questions or concerns that have come up. There is no other reason to search for someone else, nor would we want to. Frank is a renaissance man- he is personable, flexible and generous with his time (wait...you are picking the car up at our garage @ 11 p.m. AND dropping off a courtesy vehicle?!) and he is never imposing. One would never expect to find a friend in your car salesperson, yet that is what makes Frank unique. We love Frank, he’s irreplaceable.
