Very accomodating I came back to Ray Catena because my current lease had expired. I met with Stephen for the first time. I explained to him what I wanted and what I did I came back to Ray Catena because my current lease had expired. I met with Stephen for the first time. I explained to him what I wanted and what I didn’t want in my next truck. I explained I was looking at other manufacturers for my next truck. He stayed on getting me what I needed, when I needed it and for the price I was willing to spend. He did it being very polite and courteous the whole way through. That’s all you can ask for in salesman. The delivery process went just as well with Sanjit answering all my questions and explaining everything I needed to know. Very well done. Overall Positive Experience Who really loves the car buying process? I for one do not. The vehicle I wanted to purchase was hard to come by. I went to my local Land Rover dealers Who really loves the car buying process? I for one do not. The vehicle I wanted to purchase was hard to come by. I went to my local Land Rover dealership in PA and not only did they not have any at their dealership, but they did a search and found that there were only 26 of this particular vehicle (Evoque convertible) in the country. I decided to do my own on line search and found the car I was looking for on Ray Catena's website. I called and they put me in touch with one of their salespeople, Maegan. We did the entire sale via email and the phone and I was all set to drive to Edison from PA (about an hour and half drive) when we had a death in the family. Maegan was very understanding and offered to drive the car to my house after the weekend and to bring someone who would teach me everything I needed to know about the car. (same service I would have received had I physically been able to make it to the dealership. ) I love my car, had a very positive experience and no longer hate the car buying process!!!! More

Dave Santos outstanding customer service Two weeks ago we stopped at Ray Catena Jaguar and Land Rover in Edison to browse. We really didn't intend on buying a vehicle that day. While we were Two weeks ago we stopped at Ray Catena Jaguar and Land Rover in Edison to browse. We really didn't intend on buying a vehicle that day. While we were browsing in the lot Dave Santos approached us and asked if he could be of assistance. He answered all of our questions and even though we told him we were only looking he didn't seem to mind at all that we were taking up a lot of his time. Never once during the time we spent with Dave did he make us feel like he had to make a sale. He was more interested in helping us get to know Land Rover's great products. We ended up buying a beautiful 2017 1st edition Discovery. I have to say it was the most pleasant and fastest experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Ray Catena is fortunate to have such a great employee. More
