Excellent service all around I went to Ray Catena just curious about a used 2015 LR4 that I had seen online. I ended up leasing a brand new Range Rover Velar. Joe was very pat I went to Ray Catena just curious about a used 2015 LR4 that I had seen online. I ended up leasing a brand new Range Rover Velar. Joe was very patient, and allowed my husband and I to check out pretty much all the models they had available. It was pretty clear that we weren’t sure exactly what we were looking for, but Joe answered our questions on each vehicle and never rushed or pressured us to make a decision. After seeing the LR4, and a bunch of other vehicles we decided to go home and sleep on it. The next day, I called Joe and asked about a base model Velar. He said come in and drive it, see if I like it. When I got there Joe did better than I ever could have imagined. Instead of the base model I had requested, he showed me a fully loaded model in the same color I had requested the base model in, and he was able to work out a deal to trade in my car and keep the payment right where the base model would have been. My family is so happy with the vehicle. It really is more than we ever could have hoped for, and we are in it all because Joe did his best to get my family the BEST! More

Most painless new car experience I'm sure you've heard all the horror stories about auto buying/leasing experiences but I can honestly say that this was the least painful experience I'm sure you've heard all the horror stories about auto buying/leasing experiences but I can honestly say that this was the least painful experience we've ever had. Gus was the BEST. We began my husband's new vehicle search with your dealership and Gus was the first dealer we encountered. Needless to say we asked for Gus when we came back and he made everything incredibly easy. He is extremely knowledgeable about his stuff and had the answers to any questions we asked. I sincerely hope he'll still be there when our 3 years are up. Andrew is ridiculously tech savvy and knew everything about my husband's Velar. He's extremely patient and not at all annoyed by any question my husband threw his way. He taught my husband a lot and didn't rush him through anything.
