My experience at Land Rover of Edison It was truly a joy working with Cassidy Coulombe at the Land Rover of Edison dealership. I was in the market for the Range Rover Velar for about 4 mon It was truly a joy working with Cassidy Coulombe at the Land Rover of Edison dealership. I was in the market for the Range Rover Velar for about 4 months before I came in contact with Cassidy and during that time I was unable to locate the vehicle which had the specifications I was hoping for. I contacted multiple dealerships in my area during my quest for the perfect Velar and long story short, Cassidy was the only person that could make the deal happen for me including the right car at the right price! Not only was she a pleasure to work with but the entire deal was done over the phone and through email, so I did not have to make any unnecessary trips to the dealership since I live over an hour away. On the day I picked up my vehicle, after finishing the paperwork, I was greeted by George who spent a lot of his time with me to go over the entire car from head to toe and answer all of my questions. (There were many) This car has already exceeded my expectations and my experience with Cassidy and the service team at the Edison dealership has been more than worth the trip! Thanks again! More

Top-notch dealership...highly impressed!!! I used to see the Ray Catena commercials on TV all the time advertising a friendly, no pressure, easy experience ... and they did not disappoint! My experience was just that...I felt welcomed and respected from the second I walked in the door. Cassidy was my appointed salesperson. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with what I ended up with...the lease of a new 2018 Discovery Sport! She gave me suggestions and advice throughout the process, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. Cassidy was patient in answering all of my questions and advocated on my behalf to her manager to negotiate a deal that I was comfortable with. The process was absolutely painless and easy. My intent walking in was to simply test drive a couple models and decide within a week whether to lease another Lexus (my last vehicle) or switch to Land Rover. Never did I imagine walking away with the Discovery Sport! This decision was solely due to the excellent care, attention, and advice Cassidy gave to me. Totally unexpected and unintended, I ended up releasing my Lexus RX to them (as is --> with 1/4 tank of gas, needed a good wash, wax and interior cleaning). They cleaned it up for me and returned it to Lexus leaving me free of having to deal with end of lease preparations. But what really impressed me was their willingness to accept my other vehicle that I wanted to sell (2012 Hyundai, which was sitting at my house ..IN.. STATEN ISLAND) as a trade-in for a very good price (I had to negotiate them up to a higher price to which they accepted immediately; there was no back and forth haggling). What's more, Cassidy drove back to Staten Island with me TO DRIVE my Hyundai back to the dealership AFTER the deal was signed. The Hyundai needed bigtime cleaning of the interior due to all the dog hair in it....and it needed inspected, but they accepted the trade-in anyway (after only doing a car-fax report on it). This dealership took two "headaches" off my to-do-list: ridding me of both my (not so clean) vehicles in exchange for a beautiful, sharp-looking black Discovery Sport!! I highly recommend Ray Catena (Cassidy in particular) to anyone who is looking to finance or lease a vehicle. More

While I made my intentions of the Porsche clear from the start, that did not dissuade Alan from talking about the F-Pace, showing me the interiors, asking us for a test-drive, working a finance plan & owning the experience.
