I was in a tough situation where I wanted to get out of my current bmw lease and into a Range Rover. Jim worked diligently over I believe a 30 -45 day period to create a deal that made sense which was not easy given that I had 6 months left on my current lease. Jim was knowledgeable, informative and genuine through every phase of the car buying process which made this an excellent experience. Kudos to Jim and I a couldn’t be happier with my new Range Rover! Blown away! I had a Toyota Venza totalled after being rear ended. Very upset because I loved everything about this car. Anxiety thru the roof trying to decide what car would be next given the Venza was discontinued. Test drove a lot visited a few dealers the stars weren't aligning. Not sure Land Rover would work a friend urged me to at least go have the conversation. Test drove the Discovery and was in love. But would the numbers work?? Alan my salesman listened to my needs and my concerns, he worked with me and put together a deal nearly identical to my previous car. I was BLOWN away by the service, efficiency and customer service Alan and the team at Edison Land Rover demonstrated. They changed my view on car purchasing forever- they have set a high bar. Should also mention no judging at this dealership like I had experienced at other places I visited that week. Truly a pleasure and plan to keep my business with them for a long time! More

Frank. Let me tell you about my experience with Frank from Ray Catena. First, my sister and I were in Land Rover Paramus dealership as we are looking to lease Evoque. We met with the sales agent and after a minute we sat with the agent she gave us difficulties already. First, she was going back and forth with her manager and us. Secondly, she kept us waiting for a long period of time. Lastly, every words coming out from her mouth were all negativity. So while the sales agent was with her manager to give our final offer, I decided to call LR dealership in Edison NJ and Frank answered my call and asked for my name. After giving my name, Frank sang to me with his nice voice over the phone…..after he did the singing I gave him my information and the name of the car we are looking to lease. So he said he would get back with us. After speaking to Frank, finally the sales agent from Paramus together with her manager (after an eternity conversations) came back at the desk where we sitting and presented us (with an ATTITUDE!!) with a slightly higher amount from what we initially offered. We are willing to accept the price, but since they were both rude, my sister and I got up, gave back their pen and walked out. My sister was disappointed as she really wants to get the Evoque. So I told her we are going to Edison dealership and see Frank. My sister asked who is Frank…. I said the guy who sang to me. So we drove 40 miles and when we arrived, Frank didn’t waste our time and cut right to the chase. We got there at 3pm and finished at 6pm. He gave us what we wanted and drove the Evoque home. He is a great guy, very professional and most of all he is a great singer!!!! AMERICAN IDOLS got nothing on FRANK NODARSE. Thank you for everything and it was great working with you. More
