He was extremely honest and understanding and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. He made it his business to follow up with me multiple times after my experience to make sure I was still satisfied and happy with my new car. The staff was also very friendly and helpful everyone introduced themselves and made you feel welcome and part of the family.
