If there's one institution that still adheres to the saying "customer is always right", you found the right place. It's this dealership. It's the management. It's Richard from service department. He will treat you like family. He makes me feel like having my car done in a mom and pops shop where your family and their family are all families growing up and growing old together. Even in actuality you are just a stranger, a nobody, just a paying customer. But services department with Richard in-charge, it feels like you are his brother, his sister, his kid, his grandkid, his aunt or uncle. He will take care of you. Many previous purchase, none like this one with Joe Albanese I just bought my NX200t from Joe Albanese at Ray Catena in Freehold. I had been to several other Lexus dealers prior to going to Ray Catena and meeting Joe. For some reason, the other dealers always left me with a bad taste in my mouth, or insulted my intelligence with their lies and craftiness, to the point I would walk out frustrated after spending at least an hour with them. SHAME ON ME!! My time is valuable! I should have gone to Ray Catena first!! In 12 years, I have purchased 7 cars (I do not lease), not that I needed them, but because I'm an impulsive buyer. Like this NX 200t was a birthday gift to myself. LOL Well back to Ray Catena... I have to say, with so many purchases (and that's not including my wife's leases for the past decade), I haven't really dealt with someone like Joe Albanese. In my opinion, clearly a cut above. You just feel his honesty and integrity, and you just know you're getting a good deal after all is said and done. He's not trying to hide anything, he's straight up with you, it's just an all good experience with him. Last thing, he's a true gentleman with class. I admire respectful people with class. Joe definitely has it. I wish I could give more than 5 stars... but I will be back to Ray Catena for my next purchase... that's just a given. More
