After deciding to lease my first Lexus at that time, we have continued a 21 year relationship leasing/buying a total of nine vehicles, which includes the 2015 Lexus RC 350 I took delivery of this week. Bernard, along with Manager Joel Cohen, made the acquisition of this vehicle an enjoyable experience. Their straight forward approach in discussing the options to get the the vehicle I was looking for is second to none. They make the car buying/leasing process a pleasure! You would be remiss not to make Ray Catena your dealership!!!!! More

Perfect experience but My wife and I leased a 2015 RX350 back in early July. We had an incredible experience with Mick Hadman and Alan Friedman...they gave us a great deal on the car. I really had nothing negative to say. However, during the "sales pitch" they push the fact that you can "Come in whenever you want to get a free car wash...come in everyday if you'd like!" Etc, Etc... It sounds great in theory but this is not at all true (in my experience). I have tried many times to simply go in to get the car washed and I have also tried to make same day appointments. Every time I've tried, I have been turned away and told that the car can't be washed until the following week. This does not help me because the car is dirty today and I don't want to wait a week to get it cleaned. Plus, it only helps their business having their beautifully clean, brand new vehicle driving up and down route 9, literally passing the dealership several times a day. Now with all this said, I know it sounds a very ridiculous that I am complaining about a free car wash (I completely get it) but if it is one of their selling points, they should at least be honest about the whole thing. Moral of the story, I am disappointed that it's not as convenient as they make it seem. If you want your car washed...plan ahead and anticipate it getting dirty next week. Lastly, if THIS is my biggest complaint, it really shows what a great experience we have had thus far with Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold. More

We also had the pleasure to meet with Mr. Alan Friedman who is the Sales Manager. Alan came over and introduced himself to my wife and I. As soon as I spoke to Alan, I knew that he is a very nice person. We felt Alan was genuine when he spoke and never felt any pressure from him as we have experienced at other dealerships that we had gone to. He explained things that I had never thought of and made our experience a very good one. Overall we were very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend Ray Catena to all of our friends. Justin was the young man that explained and showed us the different items in the car, Radio settings, Navigation System, etc also did an outstanding job.
