From the time that we walked in, Paul was very friendly and provided nothing less than exceptional service. I test drove two different models before deciding on the car that I wanted. Paul thoroughly explained both of them, and had answers to all of my questions. He took the time to price out multiple different options for both cars and helped me decide on the plan that worked the best for me. He even stayed past closing time to explain the car and made sure that I was knowledgeable and able to use all of its features. I am the second person in my family to work with this dealership, and would recommend it to anyone that is looking. More

Arrogant dealer I went to this dealer because of the excellent reviews. I was ready to purchase a brand new Lexus and trade in my Infiniti. I have researched the pric I went to this dealer because of the excellent reviews. I was ready to purchase a brand new Lexus and trade in my Infiniti. I have researched the prices a lot online and have visited some other dealers so I was ready to haggle. When I entered this store, it took a few minutes before anybody approached me. Then Bernard was called in to meet us for the sale. He was nice. However, after showing us the vehicle and I told him about the price I was expecting to be sold to us, he said he could not believe it. Mind you, I did not make up the price because another Lexus dealer had posted on their website a lower price than theirs. Bernard's words were "I am the master salesman of this dealership and we are the number one in the whole of new jersey. We do not play games." Well, guess what? I do not play games either with arrogant and greedy salesmen. So I left and went to another Lexus dealer, Haldeman, who Bernard said was supposed to be "at the bottom of the list". I bought my car from them. Sometimes it is better to go to a dealer "at the bottom of the list" because they try harder to win your business. Unlike this dealer. Bernard did not even get my name or email for future follow up. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. I do not understand what the rave is all about with this store. I was totally disappointed and unimpressed. I left their store disgusted. More
