He didnt talk to me like a typical sales person and was very friendly and refreshingly straight up. He never put any pressure on me and made me feel very comfortable. When I thought I got the best deal ever and I was content he made the deal even sweeter. Thank you Lexus of Freehold and Neil for making an experience I dread into a wonderful one. And I love my new ES350! I've joined the Lexus family and will never look back! More

Even though I live more than an hour away, the friendly, personalized, first rate service of John Agnese at Lexus went a long way. John was patient with my shift work schedule, allowing such an easy, smooth transition from one lease to the next. Honestly, it was a pleasant process. I was more than satisfied and highly recommend others to visit John Agnese at Lexus for I'm sure he'll offer the same excellent service. More

He didnt talk to me like a typical sales person and was very friendly and refreshingly straight up. He never put any pressure on me and made me feel very comfortable. When I thought I got the best deal ever and I was content he made the deal even sweeter. Even after I bought the car Dave sat in my car with my for an hour teaching me how to work all the features. I also stopped by another day with a question and he was eager to help. So even after making the sale he was still there for me. Dean Tempsick, product specialist, Mr. Alan Friedman ,sales manager . They were the ones who set a very welcoming tone that at the end we felt very comfortable to speak or ask questions related to our need. They allowed us to decide and gave ample time all the way. Mr. Ferdinand was outstanding and a Master in the real sense of the word. Mr. Tempsick was the most patient guy who explained and demonstrated to us the car operations. Superb Experience This is the 4th Lexus I have purchased/leased from this dealer. My first experience was exceptional, and they just keep getting better. The funny thin This is the 4th Lexus I have purchased/leased from this dealer. My first experience was exceptional, and they just keep getting better. The funny thing this time is that I wasn't even expecting to buy a new car. I actually went to the dealer to check out an engine light that came on unexpectedly. The service guys took me right away without an appointment, and replaced the oxygen sensor under warranty, free of charge, in under an hour. Although the customer waiting area was comfortable enough, I decided to mosey on over to the new car sales floor just to take a peek at the new models. I met Michael "Mick" Hadman, a very pleasant and knowledgeable salesman. He worked with Joel Cohen, the sales manager (who ironically sold me my first Ray Catena Lexus years ago) to offer me a deal on a new ES300h Hybrid that was too good to turn down. They even accepted my old Lexus in trade (at an above book price!) and paid off what I owed on that car as part of the deal. Mick and I exchanged cell phone numbers, and texted each other with any questions. No phone calls , no being placed on hold, and no waiting. He responded to all my texts within minutes, even after hours. He came in today on his day off to make sure my delivery went smoothly - which of course it did, with no surprises. The warranty salesperson was honest and forthright. No hard sell, just logical reasons why I should buy, or not even consider, the various extended warranty options for my situation. The technician who oriented me to all the new gadgets in the car (there was a revamped navigation system, and it was my first hybrid) was very knowledgeable and very patient. I am a busy physician, with high expectations, and limited time. The ES300h is the best car I have ever driven (and that's saying a lot). The truth is, you can get it anywhere. However, after countless flawless interactions with the Ray Catena staff from sales to service, I can't, for the life of me, imagine why anyone would get a Lexus anywhere else. Kudos to "Mick" Hadman, Joel Cohen, Paul Agrait (service), and the entire Ray Catena team for making sure all Ray Catena clients (especially this repeat customer) feel like VIP's. More
