Joseph Albanese, the sales and leasing consultant who worked with us was a gentleman and most considerate of our needs and financial abilities. He put together a package for us that was both realistic and affordable. There was no "high pressure sales tactics" or other attempts to sell us products or services we did not desire. We successfully traded-in our Lexus RX350 for a Lexus Hybrid RX450. We want to let you know that we had an exceptionally pleasant car buying experience with Michael Hadman, our sales consultant. Mick was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and candid through the whole process. He was very thorough in addressing our questions and concerns, and we did not feel any pressure from him. He took his time to work with us to get us exactly what we wanted. His professionalism and ability to get the transaction completed exceeded our expectations. This is by far the best encounter we've had at any dealership. Our heartfelt thanks, Mick. It was indeed a blessing to have made your acquaintance. We should also mention that the manager was polite and agreeable, too, as well as the finance/insurance man who assisted us. Unfortunately, we cannot recall their names. Mr. Tremblay always handles all transactions as a true professional and always delivers what is promised. He always available for follow up questions and issues if they arise. I would always recommend friends to Ray Catena Lexus and particularly to Bernard Tremblay. It is our relationship with him that has brought us back every 2-3 since the mid 1990s. More
