I utilized "Truecar.com" and researched Consumer reports on both vehicles. After careful review, I decided on the Lexus. My previous car was also a Lexus so that gave the Lexus an edge. After putting my specifications for my Lexus NX on True car.com, I received information letting me know how much I should pay for the car. After my inquiry to TRuecar.com, Joseph Albanese took the initiative to reach out to me and advised he would get me the best deal. Initially, I went to Lexus of Cherry Hill. I had their price and was ready to compare. Although Joe Albanese's dealership came in higher on Truecar.com than Princeton, Joseph gave me the best deal. I want to add that I did homework prior to going and I was aware of how much I should pay for the car. After many hours of negotiating, Joseph and I came to an agreement in price. During the entire negotiating process Joseph was professional and committed to making the sale. It is obvious to me Joseph wanted to get the best deal for his company but realized we both had an agenda in agreeing on a final price. Being an educator consumer and having a professional salesperson made my experience a pleasant one. During the entire process Joseph remained polite, courteous and cognizant of my feelings. Joseph should be commended on his dedication to the company and also for his exceptional treatment of customers.
