It didn't hurt that you offered me a wrap/sandwich when you knew I was starving! The close to 6 hours we spent together would typically be laborious....but it never actually felt that because of your accommodating nature. Your knowledge of both your own brand/vehicles as well as the competitors was certainly another selling point with me. We will be sure to work with you in the future (approx 2 years or so) when we are ready to trade in our 2010 RX 350 and look into a 3rd row vehicle. I always here the radio commercials about how "Ray Catena wants you to focus on your family, home,etc , while letting Ray Catena worry about your car"......that certainly was in full effect Saturday. Joel has been known to us for years and our experience with him has always far exceeded anyone's expectations of a manager getting involved with customers. He recommended Joseph to show us cars that we would be interested in, accompany us on a test run of the car we were choosing, and to then complete the purchase. It was a wonderfully stress-free experience on Wednesday and we will be returning on Thursday to pick up our car. Interestingly enough, we came in just to have our car serviced, went to talk to Joel, and left with the lease of another car. I also did some research on the car I thought I wanted which was the GX SUV, but after sitting in it was unhappy with the interior dimensions. He suggested sitting in the RX Sport model, the car I ultimately bought. The transaction was easy. No haggling, best price (and yes, I did my research). I also met Ralph Ruggiero, the Sales Manager, who came out to meet me. Another gentleman. Ralph gave me a very fair price on the vehicle I was trading in. Also had the occasion to meet the General Manager Alan Friedman. I now know why they are such a successful dealership. The attention to detail, salesmanship and respect they have for their customers. Anyone in the central NJ area would be crazy to go to any other dealer if thinking about a Lexus. Highly recommended! More
