Best Salesman Ever! I purchased and Audi Q5 approximately 2months before I went into Ray Catena (under the guise of my husband who felt the Q5 was "too small") to look at I purchased and Audi Q5 approximately 2months before I went into Ray Catena (under the guise of my husband who felt the Q5 was "too small") to look at a Lexus Rx. Now prior to stepping foot into Ray Catena I would have never thought I would want a Lexus. I was totally disinterested. Fast Forward...We meet with a wonderful salesman by the name of Mick upon entering the showroom...he was warm and inviting on a personal level and new his stuff on a professional level. He was not pressuring (which is important to me when making a large purchase) and very patient. Since purchasing the car (that I LOVE might I add) I've had to call back to the dealership for a few things and Mick has always handled my issues personally and has never passé me off to anyone since he made the sell. In the same token, if I've had to deal with anyone else in the office everyone I have encountered has been EQUALLY as nice, pleasant, and knowledgeable about anything at Ray Catena. I used to regularly get my cars serviced at a dealership and recently (prior to this purchase) had stopped because I felt as though they were just trying to get your money but at Ray Catena I do not get that impression...they will try to accommodate you and get your vehicle at its optimal operating capacity so that your happy and money appears to be a secondary condition! He literally fought till the end, most likely making pennies on the deal. He worked with the bank to get my "not excellent" credit approved so that I still had the best rate on the car. I would highly recommend dealing with Paul. He is quick, organized and highly professional. Stayed at work almost 3 hours late and made his co-workers stay late just so that I can make it to the dealership after work and have the car inspected/polished and paperwork all ready go. He also sat with me, carefully explaining every single aspect of the documents I was signing and taking home. Then, he explained every single button in the car. Overall, I had an AMAZING experience.
