Excellent customer service at Ray Catena Freehold Lexus! My husband and I went to look at a preowned Lexus IS last week. We were greeted as soon as we entered the showroom by a woman who introduced us to Mic My husband and I went to look at a preowned Lexus IS last week. We were greeted as soon as we entered the showroom by a woman who introduced us to Michael Hadman, (Mick). We told him we wanted to look at a preowned Lexus that we saw online. He checked his inventory and told us that they had been sold. He showed us another car that had just come in. It was similar to the other cars that we had seen online, and a year newer. The car was perfect. It had low mileage, gps a rear camera, Bluetooth, 4 wheel drive and was newer than the other cars we had looked at. We really enjoyed working with Mick. He was not a high pressure salesman. He was honest and extremely personable. We left with our "new" car and were extremely pleased with the service. Thank uou to everyone at the Lexus dealership.
