On 1/25/2021 my wife and I purchased a Lexus RX 350 from Ray Catena Lexus in Larchmont NY. The overall experience at this dealership was fantastic! Our salesman Chris was extremely friendly and personable. He took the time to get to know me and my wife and helped make the process of buying a new car seamless. Dave the manager helped us with the paperwork side of things and helped us feel secure in our decision. We live in CT, so my wife was concerned about having to drive 45 minutes for maintenance services and was unsure of how exactly we were going to get CT license plates. Chris and Dave explained to us that we don't have to worry about a thing. For maintenance appointments they will send an employee to our home in CT with a loaner car, drop the loaner car off, take our car in for service, then drive it back to CT and pick up the loaner. Also, they were able give us a temporary license plate and will FedEx our CT license plate to us once they come in. When we picked up the car, Julio a delivery specialist was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He thoroughly explained how to use all of the features included in the vehicle. He even helped us set up the Lexus App on my wife's iPhone and paired her iPhone to the Bluetooth. His help put our minds and eases and made us feel more confident when driving our new car off the lot. This was our first Lexus after many years of driving Cadillacs, and I would definitely recommend working with Chris, Dave, and Julio at Ray Catena Lexus in Larchmont NY. Thanks Guys! More
