He showed no interest in trying to assist with answering our questions. We mentioned our experience to the receptionist who apologized but at that point we already felt unwelcomed and left with the impression that since we were minorities that our business was not valued. My daughter recommended the Lexus dealership in Westport CT, which is where we purchased our vehicle that same day. We could not have been happier with the excellent customer service. The sales person and staff stayed after 10.00 pm to ensure that we received our vehicle the same day. We will recommend them in a heart beat and are very pleased with our SUV -thanks again to Lexus in Westport, CT. More
