My first Lexus was a 2008 that I purchased in June of 2009, and I picked up my new Lexus IS 350 this morning, Sept. 24, 2015. On both occasions my salesman was Steve Richman. He had been recommended to me when I purchased my original Lexus and I didn't even consider using another salesperson at the dealership. Steve makes the buying or leasing experience non-threatening and he clearly explains all the options available to you. I have complete trust in what he tells me and in his recommendations for my situation. I would highly recommend Steve. He is a total professional and a credit to Ray Catena Lexus of Larchmont. I only service my vehicle at this dealership and I have been using the same service advisor since 2009, Gary Kanzler. Gary also is a total professional and a credit to Ray Catena Lexus of Larchmont. Noel was great! He made vehicle model recommendations, and explained a lot during the test drive. We decided to lease this vehicle, and he was patient in answering the questions of first-time leasers. He contacted our insurance company directly for us to ensure the right amount of coverage, and even picked us up from the train station the night we got the car. We really felt that he was working for us, and hope he plans to stay there for a while so we can go to him for our next car! More
