I backed out of the lease Met with Steve Richman to look at the Lexus IS 250. After some negotiation he gave me a reasonable lease quote and I left a deposit for the vehicle. On the day I was returning my previous lease (Mercedes C300) the Mercedes dealership gave me a much better deal on the new Mercedes C-Class and I decided to go with that car because I preferred it. Steve was initially upset with me (understandably so) and said I would not get my deposit refunded. I called Ralph, the general manager, and he immediately agreed to refund my deposit. It's the mark of a truly professional operation that they treat you well even when you don't buy a vehicle from them. It shows they are aware of the importance of their reputation and that they are in it for the long-term. More
