He provided me with all the information I was looking for including availability of stock and colors. Then I found myself in the dealership next day and actually met with him in person which was a real pleasure and then I started dealing with a Ed Bartoli the sales executive who walked me thru all the details of the transaction in a very friendly and professional way leading me to lease the RX350 and go home with it. My time was highly considered as well as my needs. I have to say that my 50+ miles trip from Morganville NJ was worth every mile of driving to meet with this professional group of people. I highly recommend Lexus of Ray Catena as a place to do business . . . . . :-) Thank you Maher and Ed for making my experience such a pleasant one and looking forward to my new Lexus after 27 months. They told me what they could do for me, which wasn't great. They told me that when I come back to return the car and get my new leased car, they would do better for me. My husband told me to go to Ray Catena in Larchmont. I sat down with a dealer. His name was Noel Greenstein. What a difference . He was so kind friendly. I really felt that he wasn't trying to deals at me to get me. He sat there and told me everything that he would do for me. I felt that I could trust him immediately. He spent a lot of time and didn't tell me that if I came back to him, I would get a better deal. He layed it all out right there and then. I went home and told my husband to come back with me and make the deal. My husband like him immediately also. We just didn't feel like we were being taken for I will always go back to him for now on.
