Ray Catena Lexus of Larchmont sorry misspelled Lexus of Larchmont but are knowledgeable and responsible people for there car great management great crew doing awesome job my hats off to them great job men ! Dear Mr. Staudt, Thank you for taking our call, and allowing us to speak with you. As explained we are in very challenging times, and inventory availability for both Dealerships and Clients are nowhere near where they need to be. We are all accustomed to times when retail deals were of incredible value and we had the ability to comparison shop freely with great success. These days hopefully will be back but for now our business model has changed a bit and retail consumers will have to make difficult decisions that hopefully will fit within their budgets. The 2 vehicles you inquired about (RX Hybrid/NX Plug In Hybrid) are even that much harder to find, in fact almost needles in a haystack per say. As we discussed with you on the phone, there must have been some sort of a miscommunication and we believe you might have us confused with another dealership or possibly misunderstood what we were trying to say during the quotation process. Both of these vehicles however do have adjusted market value pricing just about everywhere nationally and we were simply explaining that to you. I don’t believe we ever got to the point of negotiation, but I would personally be happy to help you with preferred pricing if you call me directly. We would welcome the opportunity to provide a quality luxury experience should you allow us the honor. Respectfully, David Branch General Manager
