He immediately took ownership of the problem, did not cast blame elsewhere, and sent a new blade to my home in Florida. I have utilized Ray Catena Lexus for decades prior to retiring. He was helpful throughout the process, explaining that Lexus no longer manufactures the insert for the older wiper blades. He communicated by phone, text and email, and made it his goal to solve the issue. I could not be happier.
