I was browsing the website and came across a preowned IS 250. After confirming that it was still available, I knew I had to see it in person. Silvia was quick to reply back to me and recalled exactly who I was from a few months back. She immediately invited me to view the car and made arrangement. I stopped by on a Saturday night with two hours left of closing. From previous experience, I’ve learned to act quick or you’ll need to wait for all the stars to align before you’ll run into another ideal car. Anyhow, I continued to correspond with Silvia periodically and expressed my interest. On Monday, I showed up at 9 am (opening) and walked out with my car at 1 pm. During the morning hours, we finalized the contract, locked in a great deal with finances, got new car insurance, got new license plate, car got detailed. Silvia is truly a remarkable person to work with- knowledgeable, experienced, efficient, professional and personal. She will give you her upmost honest opinion and dedicate her attention to you like no other. I have a great earning potential and never felt pressure to “look” for something else that I do not need or want. The whole process regained my trust and loyalty in Lexus. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you are at home because at Ray Cantena, they do treat you like family. He gave me a competitive price over the phone and stuck with it the entire way through. On delivery he explained the car to my wife thoroughly and took the time to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our knowledge of the vehicle before driving it off the lot. We were in and out of the dealer in less than an hour, which meant a lot given it was a few days before Christmas and we had lots to do. Not really sure what more you can ask for.
