Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains is the most welcoming dealership, everyone is friendly and kind. I worked with Michael Bergman, who is the kindest, and most patient salesman. To say that he spent a great deal of time with me is an understatement. He never rushed me, or made me feel he had more important customers to deal with. When he worked with me, he was happy to explain each detail to me, school me on information that I had not studied up on. Michael never pushed me to buy or lease the car, allowed me to take my time to decide what I wanted to do. He remembered what things were important to me in a car, and what was not. That is the kind of detail you do not get from anywhere else. Right down to tiny details...remembering my children's names and the fact that I absolutely wanted all weather mats. Word on the street is to never buy a car alone as a singe woman... you get taken for ride...this is not true!! This dealership cares about women and treats everyone the same.
