I went to Pepe Inifiniti around the same time and my experience was subpar. I felt like the Inifiniti consultant wasn't even trying to sell me a car and I was just turned off by the overall vibe. I know that getting a commission is important but I felt that Michael Barone truly cared about me as a customer and not just my money. Even the Sales Manager Nick Manzi made it a point to stop by and show genuine interest in my car-buying experience. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family! More

He explained everything every step of the way, and the process couldn't be more flawless. I went to other dealers before Lexus because I was not sure exactly what car I wanted, and didn't feel nearly as comfortable or trusting as I did with Fabio. I mentioned I liked the red bows that were on the cars in the showroom, and he added a very sweet touch of putting one of the bows on my car when I went to pick it up! No doubt I'll be returning to him after my lease it up for another Lexus. More
