I actually think Mike knew what we were going to buy before we did. But he helped us evaluate all the different options on new vs pre-owned, lease vs purchase, gas vs electric, etc. He was knowledgeable, professional, and never rushed or pressured us. He really made us feel like he was a friend along for the ride, as we worked our way through the decision. We have been in the Toyota eco-system for quite some time, with multiple vehicles racking up hundreds of thousands of miles. We know the company makes reliable vehicles. That’s why we locked onto Lexus pretty early in our search. And Mike was able to help us find a perfect match for our needs. That it came in a beautiful car that is fun to drive was a nice bonus. Everybody at the dealership was lovely. They took good care of us through the whole process. And they went out if their way to make us feel special and show their appreciation for our business. And that especially includes Thomas, who spent quite a while going over all the features of our car with us before we drive away. We would highly recommend this dealership, and Mike Torres. They have a bizarre selling policy that even the Lexus Corporate office said they didn't understand. Even if we fly to their dealship (We are at an out of state base) and purchase the vehicle in full with Corporate office said they didn't understand. Even if we fly to their dealship (We are at an out of state base) and purchase the vehicle in full with cash, they will not sell to anyone out of state. Hard to believe they can carry the name Lexus. We have purchased 3 Lexus vehicles from Ray Catena dealerships. The process was cordial and we obtained excellent prices. The vehicle service has been very good. We recently heard a squeak in a 2021 dealerships. The process was cordial and we obtained excellent prices. The vehicle service has been very good. We recently heard a squeak in a 2021 Lexus GX 460 when slowly rolling over a speed bump. The technician was determined to find the cause. We went for a ride and reproduced the noise. We were provided with a loaner and a front spring, shock, strut mount and several other parts were replaced. It was a superb experience. Fixed and not the classic dealer move of "we didn't hear it or find it". Ray Catena dealerships are "class acts" who provide the support customers deserve and respect. More

I reached out to the rep who sold us the car, who said he would have the finance manager get back to us. Nothing. I then left 3 messages, over the course of a week for the finance manager and no response. So, I used a 3rd party financial institution to do the financing. Am amazed that Ray Catena doesn't value our business enough to return a phone call. More
