Highly Recommend Just acquired my fourth RX350. This is the first time I went to Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains and worked with Michael Bergman. Suffice, to say, I Just acquired my fourth RX350. This is the first time I went to Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains and worked with Michael Bergman. Suffice, to say, I plan to continue to own Lexus and plan not to go anywhere else or use any other salesman. My lease was due to expire and I planned to get my next Lexus in the dealership where I got my prior two Lexus. I went to Ray Catena ( had some time to kill on my way to the mall) and spoke with Michael. He is not only very knowledgeable about the car, he gave me a competitive bid, which was 10% less than the dealership I was going to use. I went back to my prior dealership and they did not meet the Ray Catena price. Michael made it very easy to get a car and the old process was very seamless. Other than hearing Michael's jokes - some of which are funny!! Just to illustrate, Michael's client service, I forgot the trunk shield in my old car and Michael agreed to meet me on Sunday ( the showroom is closed) so, I can drop it off and not be charged. A real gentleman and very professional. More
