My old Lexus was in perfect condition, and I decided to trade it in for a brand-new leased car. I had enjoyed excellent service over the years from Ray Catena of White Plains, and my experience in leasing a 2017 car was beyond my expectations. If you go there--and you should--ask for Client Advisor Michael Bergman. You will spend hours there (many papers to sign), but the time will pass quickly working with Michael Bergman. He is helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and witty. In between the time it takes for all the procedures, you can converse with Michael about anything related to Lexus ownership and driving--and more. Although the leasing process did take hours, having planned to devote that time to the process I was patient and was rewarded with Michael's excellent service, knowledge, and long experience with Lexus. During my visit, I was offered water or coffee many times. Even a sandwich or a bagel. I almost took the bait when Michael told me there would be a quiz on all the information he provided about the car--but I quickly realized that's his sense of humor. We all hear many stories about car dealers and sales persons, but you can forget those when you go to Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains. And especially if you're lucky to get Michael Bergman to help you buy or lease a car. More

Fabio was very straightforward, courteous, thorough, professional and respectful The whole process was efficient and seamless. We also really appreciated the fact that Fabio drove an hour to come to work on his day off so that we could finish the paperwork and he could hand us our new car.
