I myself, got a Lexus at the end of 2016 while working with Silvia & I couldn’t be happier. I suggested my mom go visit Silvia and the management team to see if there was something my mom would be interested in. We test drove with Silvia and got all the information we needed. The next day, went back to sign the papers with an AMAZING deal & my mom is ecstatic! The ambiance and experience at Lexus is luxury. Every person that works at this particular dealership is professional. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the front desk girls, who dress nice and take their job seriously, to the moment you leave with a smile on your face knowing you are getting a great deal. They aren’t loud or obnoxious on the show room floor, they offer you drinks & breakfast snacks (on weekend mornings with my experience), and they make sure you are comfortable while you shop for a vehicle. They RESPECT their customers to the fullest. There is NO pressure and no slick salespeople trying to squeeze money out of you for a “quick buck.” After my experiences with Silvia, Anthony, Dan, Wilson, and the rest of the team, I can honestly say I will not be buying any other type of vehicle for a while! Not only is Lexus as a whole a great vehicle & company, style & performance wise, the staff just puts you over the top. Your hard earned money deserves to be spent at a business like this!! Just as a side note, Yonkers of Kia is a horrible business. A complete 180 in comparison to Lexus, this dealership can’t even come close. The managers & staff are lazy, liars, loud, obnoxious, and borderline fraudulent with their business practices. Do your DILIGENT research before you purchase or lease a Kia vehicle. From my own research through Facebook reviews, google reviews, Yelp, etc. etc. I have read time & time again that Kia as a brand can NOT be trusted. All I can say is do your research and if I saved at least 1 person from going to Kia and sending that person to Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains, then I will be happy!
