Personalized and Easy Rick was great! I wasn't even interested in buying a car when I was browsing through the latest models on the floor, but then stumbled upon the 200 Rick was great! Rick gave me time to browse, open and close doors and click on various buttons until I asked him if he had any pre-owned 200CTs on the lot. He said yes, took me to it, educated me about the car and the Lexus brand, and took me for an easy test drive. The next morning, I showed up to the dealership wanting to purchase the car if I could get it within 1.5 hours, and he did it all! We (more he then we) filed paperwork, appraised my trade-in, insured the new car, and found a bank to offer me a loan. He got me in that car with no hassle, and at a great deal! Rick is professional, the showroom was immaculate, and the car is now mine! PS. Fabio assisted me the night before for a last minute test drive with my partner. They work nicely together as if they were a family. Can't imagine working with a better dealership or sales folks! More
