I was able to look at the inventory at my leisure and request a sales consultant when I was ready. I had the pleasure of dealing with Fabio Villa. He was not only courteous but, best of all, knowledgeable. I was replacing a 2006 Lexus lost in an accident with a newer vehicle. Fabio knew all the options and gadgets in my old car and how it compared to the newer versions. He had all the answers to all my questions. Never once did I feel pressured into a purchase or a decision as I was deciding between 2 different models. Best of all, I feel this dealership is full disclosure. He listened and asked many questions to ascertain what I really wanted in a new car and whether I wanted to buy or lease. After test driving a couple of cars I found I loved the ES 350. Michael helped to figure out the final costs and helped make it possible to meet my needs in the leasing agreement. He is a very caring person, always ready to help answer and solve any questions/problems I have. This I appreciate and feel free to contact him as needed. After driving my car for a couple of weeks I went back to go over some of the features in the car with a technology specialist, Jason. He did a good job of reviewing the areas I was concerned about. It is reassuring that one can go to this dealership at any time and get such wonderful service. I look forward to three good years with my Lexus! More
