I bought my 2017 RX during the December to remember event, something I never imagined being able to do, and everyone did everything they could to make the experience one I will always remember. Shavaune was the sales representative I worked with and he did an excellent job following up with me, having cars ready for my viewing when I was ready to purchase, and he never once pushed me into the sale. He ensured I made it through the buying process with as much ease as possible and addressed any concerns or questions I had. I was actually sick during the buying process and we worked everything out over the phone before I physically came into the showroom to purchase the car. Bruce (Brewsten) did an excellent job walking me through how to use my new vehicle. I was a bit overwhelmed with all the features and he took almost an hour patiently addressing all my questions and walking me through all the features. They even kept a bow for me so I could take a picture with it at a later day because it was raining the day I purchased the vehicle. Everyone was friendly, courteous and patient with me. Since it was dark out, I wanted to park the car under one of the parking lot lights to look it over. Tim took the time to drive it into one of the service bays instead so I could thoroughly check it over without us all being cold. The closing day was as smooth as butter.
