We shopped around some, considering other brands and other dealers, and our experience with different salespeople left much to be desired. Michael was knowledgable, available and friendly. A few days after our purchase, I realized that the car had no storage cover for the back. I hadn't noticed when initially taking delivery of the car. I called Michael, and he was able to secure one for us free of charge, even though he wasn't obligated to do so. Saved me at least a couple hundred not having to buy one on eBay, or get one for crazy money from the dealer ($700). Bottom line: we highly recommend Michael Barone, and we're thrilled with the car. my new lease with Ray Catena Lexus WP i had the pleasure of meeting and working with Silvia Daniels at the White Plains Lexus sales office on Saturday. i came in to discuss the invite to i had the pleasure of meeting and working with Silvia Daniels at the White Plains Lexus sales office on Saturday. i came in to discuss the invite to end on lease on my 2015 RX350 earlier than April. i was curious to understand more as i had letters and emails from Larchmont Lexus where i had leased for a few years. turns out my former sales person was no longer at Larchmont. i spoke with Silvia over the phone on Saturday morning and made an appointment to meet and review this offer at 2:00 that day. Surprising myself i was driving off the Sales lot by 6:15pm last Saturday with my new Atomic Silver RX350!! i was very impressed by Silvias warmth , honesty, knowledge of car leases, and her willingness to show me other options and explain the differences.
