He is also accommodating to your work schedule because not all of us work 9 to 5. Young or old you will feel comfortable buying your car from Fabio. Needless to say I was not looking forward to continuing my search for a car. The MINUTE I walked into this dealership I knew it was going to work out. The girls at the front desk were friendly & helpful, even on the busy Saturday morning I went. The manager, Anthony, was professional, smart & attentive. I worked with Silvia, and even though she is fairly new, everything worked out effortlessly. I am leasing a new IS 300 & I couldn't be more happy! Thank you so much to the team at this dealership !! I would 100% reccommend them. They work together & support each other. Customer service is superb & I will certainly be sticking with them in the future!! More

Flawless experience at Ray Catena White Plains, NY After an entire year of researching various makes and models to replace my 12 year old car, my best friend recommended Ray Catena White Plains because After an entire year of researching various makes and models to replace my 12 year old car, my best friend recommended Ray Catena White Plains because she felt this dealership was outstanding in every way and that she had had an extremely positive experience with Michael Bergman, Sales Consultant, in particular. She introduced me to him on Monday afternoon, August 22, and by 9 A. M the following morning, Mr. Bergman and I had an appointment. My experience with him was, and I am totally convinced, will continue to be perfect in every aspect. With a legal sized notepad filled with 2 pages of over 43 questions, Mr. Bergman listened very patiently, gave me his undivided attention, answered ALL my concerns and questions, was reassuring, very personable, and very knowledgeable about everything dealing with this big decision! At no time did he pressure me into purchasing any Lexus with which I wasn't 100% confident that it would be the perfect car for me. Together we went for a test drive and he quickly figured out which model would suit my needs and driving style. I wanted an AWD and ended up 5 hours after meeting him, buying a 2016 IS 300. He gave me all the time and attention in the world and made me feel as if I were the only person in the world purchasing a car! Incredible!!!! Never in over 45 years of purchasing cars, have I met a more perfect sales consultant! The man has the patience of Job, makes you feel as if you are part of his family and worked with all his might to give me the best deal. I felt that because of him, I had gotten the very best deal. He knew everything and did everything to make this an exhilarating experience! Mr. Ray Catena himself happened to be at the White Plains dealership while I was there on August 23. Mr. Bergman called him over to his desk and proudly introduced me to him. I don't know who beamed more proudly.... Mr. Catena, Mr. Bergman or me!!!!! I was also introduced by Mr. Bergman to everyone else, Sales Manager, Mr. Anthony Marino, technician, "Wilson", Service Manager and everyone else whom Mr. Bergman felt I needed to meet! Mr. Bergman told me to come by any time and to continue asking for help in learning how to use all the new features on my brand new Lexus. Mr. Bergman told me exactly what to do in preparation to picking up my new car on August 31. He even had brand new license plates ready for me the day of delivery.... no temporary plates for me! Everything was ready as promised!! He told me to personally hand in my old plates the same day I came to pick up the car.... to save me from having to carry 2 cars on my policy! He gave me so many worthwhile tips and advice.... and the afternoon I came to take ownership, he escorted me to my perfect car, had a service technician work with me, everyone at the dealership shook my hand and I felt like a queen. Mr. Bergman even followed it all up with a hand written thank you card he put in the mail!!!!! I didn't only buy a car, I purchased a priceless experience!!!! Thank you Mr. Bergman and thank you everyone at this fabulous dealership!!!! Love my new Lexus and loved the great experience! More
Still Buying from Ray Catena since 2010 Our son has Autism and used to perseverate over Lexus. My father in law wrote a personal letter to Ray Catena as we were in search of a single model Lexus car that he could take to school hoping to stop him from his obsession. Well, much to our surprise we received a ring at the door and a man delivered a large box of 7 metal Lexus cars, hats, and T-shirts. Our son was so happy and yes, it worked. We decided to by a Lexus GX in 2010 from his dealership and have been a Ray Catena Lexus owner ever since... In fact, tonight we just leased the 2016 Lexus RX truck. Fabio was our sales person and he came up with another terrific deal. In our eyes, there not another dealer that can match the professionalism. Thank you Ray Catena Lexus. More

We visited many other locations in search of the right vehicle and experience at this dealership was very refreshing. The team here is dedicated and very hospital to their customers. I called this dealership beforehand and spoke with Mr. Michael Barone, who took the time to discuss their vehicle options, services and availability to assist me. Micheal assisted us in finding the right vehicle for our family and walked us through the process step by step (answered the thousands of questions my little had as well with a smile). Micheal and his team went above and beyond so we could drive home in a new Lexus IS 350 AWD the same day and very honest about their recommendations/close. Michael and his team (Franky) walked us through all the details of the car and even offered helpful tips on maintaining the vehicle down the line. I would highly recommend this dealership to any and all who are in search of the right vehicle for themselves and/or their family! Make sure you ask for Michael Barone on your next visit. Please note: I am a real customer and know how important these reviews are to those who are shopping around as I was. It can be difficult and very time consuming.
