From the minute we walked through the door at Ray Catena in White Plains, the staff was welcoming and our salesman, Fabio Villa, made the experience truly exceptional. While we thought we were "just looking", Fabio was so good at answering all our questions, explaining every detail, exercising patience as we test drove a couple of cars, etc., that it became an easy decision to buy (lease) a car on the spot (we leased an ES 350). Fabio was kind and knowledgeable and able to help us sort through xxxxxxand con's of our options. We left feeling great, that we had made a terrific choice in what was an enjoyable, low pressure experience.
