I was straightforward and informed her that I was looking at a several options that involved both new and preowned vehicles at other dealerships. After a test drive and some back and forth discussion over a few days, and with some input from Dan Zaccagnino, I felt that this was the right dealership, and more important the right people, to do business with. This is not my first Lexus and I am pleased to say that there was there was no high pressure sales tactics or no 'surprises' from start to finish. For what it is worth this is not the closest Dealer to my home but I will try their Service Department hoping that my customer experience will be the same. More
