Makes car-buying/leasing enjoyable This is the first time in a long life of driving that I didn't find getting a new car stressful. Having made the rounds of all of the luxury dealershi This is the first time in a long life of driving that I didn't find getting a new car stressful. Having made the rounds of all of the luxury dealerships, we noticed the difference right away. We were greeted warmly by the young women at the front desk and offered water or coffee. (It's surprising how often that didn't happen at other dealerships.) Our salesman, Rick Brogan, was easy-going, funny and very knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. There was probably a 4-6 week lag between our first visit and test drive, our second visit and our final decision to lease, and at no point, did we feel besieged by anyone from the dealership. Closing the deal was was smooth and easy, without any of the haggling, or "visits" to talk to the sales manager that we've experienced before. The price was fair, everything was clearly explained and any issues were taken care of quickly and without fuss. We actually felt they cared about us as customers and treated us accordingly. I highly recommend both the dealership and Rick. More
