Love my Lexus and my purchase experience at Ray Catena I bought a 2012 certified pre-owned lexus RX 350 in May; I was planning to buy a new SUV from a non-luxury car maker and was so disappointed by the po I bought a 2012 certified pre-owned lexus RX 350 in May; I was planning to buy a new SUV from a non-luxury car maker and was so disappointed by the poor quality, noisy cabins and "aggressive styling". My husband suggested we look at used Lexus SUVs. the White Plains dealership had only one in my price range, had it ready for us to test drive, and we loved it. The car sells itself. My experience with the dealership was excellent--calm, no long waits, great attention to customer comforts, easy financing. The car was offered to me at the bottom price point listed in Kelley Blue Book; the salesperson stated there was no further negotiation (wonder if that would be different for male customers) but the price was fair and the condition of the vehicle as delivered was impeccable. I recommend the dealership for a mellow experience. More
