While we waited for him, we had the opportunity to examine and sit in the model car we were looking to buy - it was right on the floor. Michael came over to us, answered our questions, took us for a test drive. He was professional and knowledgeable in all respects. We walked out of the dealership at 4 PM, having purchased a beautiful new Lexus IS 250. We came back on Tuesday night to pick up the car. I had been in touch with Michael during the two days - once to set the time of pick-up and the other to be sure he had contacted our insurance person (he had). Again, everything was ready for us and we were out of there in 1 1/2 hours. It was just great! More
