He was also very patient and we worked out a great deal for an IS 350 F-sport during the Holiday Event. I lease many vehicles and understand the leasing process. Quite frankly, it was one of the best deals that I ever struck. More

wonderful dealership and service center Wonderful and attentive service center. We have been going to them for years and will continue to do so. My husband and I have worked with Frank Ace Wonderful and attentive service center. We have been going to them for years and will continue to do so. My husband and I have worked with Frank Acevedo in the service center on many occasions and greatly appreciate his helpful and courteous attitude, as well as the other members of the service center all of which are helpful and pleasant to interact with. The easy manner in which a loaner car is made available should this be needed makes having repairs done much easier. My husband and I have purchased and/or leased three cars from the Larchmont dealership in the past and have also had a seamless and pleasant experience at the Larchmont dealership. We both believe that all experiences have been positive and would purchase and/or lease automobiles from them again in the future. More

Incredible Customer Service I have purchased quite a few cars in my times but nothing comes close to the service I received at this dealer. From the minute I walked into the place, I was treated like a family member. The representative that I dealt with was perfect. He listened and knew exactly what I was looking for. No hard sales pitch and no wasting my time. I decided to purchase this car in less than one hour, which included a test drive. And when I went back to pick the car up, it took about another hour. The whole process was seamless and it turned buying a car into a really pleasant experience. In the past, I hated to go car shopping because of all the heavy handed sales people that tried to sell me something I did not want or need, especially all those extended warranties and service contracts. My sales rep answered all my questions, did all the paperwork and made sure that I knew that he valued me as a customer and my time. This dealership gets my highest possible rating and I look forward to purchasing many cars from them, not only for me but the rest of my family. All dealers should run their operations like Ray and his White Plains people. Superb group and I look forward to working with them again. More

I Never Felt so Good about taking my car to be Serviced! From the moment I drove into the service area, I felt like I was being treated like royalty! Frank Acevedo , the service consultant, came over to introduce himself to me, before I was even out of the car. Although I hadn't made advance arrangements for a loaner since I wasn't sure how long the service would last, Frank suggested that I should have one and within 5 minutes of arriving, I was driving home in a very impressive Lexus SUV! About a half hour later, Frank called me. Apparently there was a valve that needed to be replaced and he asked if I'd mind keeping the loaner overnight so that they could order the part and insure that everything would be done right. Yesterday Frank called me to let me know the car was ready for pick up and when I arrived, he was so helpful that I was moved by his genuine concern for my satisfaction. In all my years of bringing cars to dealerships for service, I was never treated in such a warm and welcoming manner. If you have a Lexus and it needs to be serviced, I would urge you to take your car to the Ray Catena Lexus dealership in White Plains! They just opened in June and based on my experiences, the staff is intent on making sure that you feel great about owning a Lexus and having the best possible experience while your car is being serviced.
