The names of the people involved are GM Leigh Farrell, Sales manager Steve Chanis and Sale person Bill Hoblitzell. I came into the store at about 15 minutes prior to closing and was treated like the clock didn’t matter, test drive numbers and close took about 40 minutes. The way they all engaged us was outstanding and deserves a high five. Knowledgeable and efficient I walked in at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon and Matt had me out in my new GLS 450 by 7pm (the dealership closed at 6pm).
