He is professional and always responded immediately while negotiating. What I valued the most in this experience with Frankie is that he is a man of his word. When I went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, not only was the car and paperwork waiting for me, but the deal stood exactly how Frankie promised. I did not walk into any surprises. This meant a lot to me as I traveled from an hour away to pick up the car. I would give Frankie a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new Mercedes Benz.
