Gina helped me so much on picking out the right car. Even on the very busy Memorial Day weekend, she was able to give me the time and service necessary to buy the car. Not all Ray Catena MB Dealers are the same ...GO TO FREEHOLD I leased a 2015 E350 MB from another Ray Catena MB dealer over two years ago. When my lease came up for termination I tried to get another lease with I leased a 2015 E350 MB from another Ray Catena MB dealer over two years ago. When my lease came up for termination I tried to get another lease with comparable terms and payments with my former Ray Catena MB dealership.. I was told that couldn't happen, even after I told them I would be shopping for a BMW or Audi or another MB somewhere else. I really tried to work with them and gave them fair warning that I wasn't pleased with their offers.. When I went to Ray Catena MB in Freehold I was told I had a deposit at the the other Ray Catena MB dealership. My honesty and good name were being questioned as I was told that the Freehold dealership couldn't lease me a car. After I called and talked with the other Ray Catena dealer and had them advise Freehold Ray Catena people that this wasn't true I was finally able to have a very pleasant discussion and an amicable deal worked out at Freehold. I couldn't believe that another Ray Catena MB dealer would so something so low. I started to think....... THIS IS WHY I HATE TO SHOP FOR CARS, even a MB dealer could be so low and underhanded. Chris Popin, as well as, his manager, Steve Chanis were sensational !!! They calmed me down and decided they they would work with me on a reasonable deal. The best part is that I got to meet Leigh Farrell, the Freehold site General Manager. My situation wasn't too insignificant for her to get involved. She personally got involved and turned a bad situation into an opportunity for Ray Catena in Freehold. I will never ever do business with any other Ray Catena MB dealership except for the one in Freehold. If you want to be treated professionally like a human being being and not just a hunk of prime meat coming into a dealership then PLEASE GO TO RAY CATENA MB IN FREEHOLD and ask for CHRIS POPIN. Say hello to his support staff too........ STEVE CHANIS and a VERY WONDERFUL HUMAN BEING, LEIGH FARRELL. Oh, yes, and the 2017 E300 isn't bad either !!! More
