Hugo is honest & hard working and will try to get you the best deal possible on whatever vehicle you choose. He was with me every step of the way. When I was with the finance dept., he would peek his head in to see how things were going & to ask if we needed anything. When I was with the techs showing me how to work the Onstar, he popped in to see if I had any questions. I love my new truck. Thank you to the entire staff at Ray Chevy... Hugo, Matt, Dan & David. There were no games and no harassment about buying a car. I was extremely happy with the fact that the dealership to take of the first tank of gas and detailing the car before I took it home.
