THIS DEALER PULLED A YOYO SCAM ON ME.I BOUGHT A USED CAR FROM THEM AND I GAVE THEM A WHOLE DAY TO GET THE DEAL DONE,I SIGNED THE DEAL THE NXT DAY AND DROVE HOME.THE NEXT WEEK THEY CALLED AND SAID I FORGOT T FROM THEM AND I GAVE THEM A WHOLE DAY TO GET THE DEAL DONE,I SIGNED THE DEAL THE NXT DAY AND DROVE HOME.THE NEXT WEEK THEY CALLED AND SAID I FORGOT TO SIGN SOMTHING,WHEN I GOT TO THE DEALER THEY SAID THE DEAL WAS NO GOOD AND I NEEDED TO PAY 1000.00 MORE FOR THE CAR OR GIVE IT BACK.I WAS STUCK AND THE DEALERSHIP WAS VERY INTIMADATING TO ME AND I COULD HEAR THE F-BOMB BEING YELLED AT THE SALE MAN.THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERANCE I HAVE EVER HAD.STEER CLEAR FROM THESE GUYS!!! My husband got a 2013 Sonic RS about two months ago from Ray Chevy and loves it. He finally let ME drive it and I fell in love as well. We decided it was time to get me into a car with way better MPG than 2 Ray Chevy and loves it. He finally let ME drive it and I fell in love as well. We decided it was time to get me into a car with way better MPG than 21. We went back to Ray and upon arrival we were greeted by Jay Conway. We found the car I wanted (2013 Sonic RS in Summit White, 6 speed turbo Hatchback) and I drove home with it same day. Jay was very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process. I can't remember the name of the GM who helped us also, but both of these guys really explained things to us. I would definitely recommend going to Ray for your next Chevy!! More

Not happy with the way they tried to make a deal. Left Friday night with a brand new traverse with guaranteed 4.1 interest rate, contract all signed and down payment given to them. We went in there knowin Friday night with a brand new traverse with guaranteed 4.1 interest rate, contract all signed and down payment given to them. We went in there knowing our credit score, and the likely hood of qualifying for a lower interest rate, but the salesman said no problem we can do. Only to be called the next day to come back and resign the contract with a higher interest rate and a way higher payment. Needless to say we gave back our new car and took our old car back. They wanted to put us in a different car but after dealing with that we just didnt want to do business with them. More
