Immediately had a bad feeling when I walked in. Clearly some hostility among the people in the service department. This was a much better service experience than I had received from other Jeep dealerships in the past. The explanations and quotes that were provided made it very easy to approve the proposed work. Took truck in for service as a piece broke on my transmission around 10am. Got a notification around 8pm from my truck that there was low voltage due to something being left on....dome lights, igni transmission around 10am. Got a notification around 8pm from my truck that there was low voltage due to something being left on....dome lights, ignition on, ..something was left on. The last time I took my truck in for service it was the same thing. This time however after one and a half week later, I was told that I needed a new battery because it had no CCA left and could not be charged. I never had an issue before and have left the ignition on, the lights on etc. while cleaning the car. I feel that this time the battery was just drained on purpose and they did not want to charge it up. Tech could not take the vehicle for a test drive. I was forced to buy a battery to the cost of $460.00 More
