This service experience was far superior to a previous visit concerning a defective pair of rear hatch arms. The GM recall and replacement of them in November of 2015 and the failure to notify the consumer of a November 2016 GM dealer notification to recalibrate the computer settings created an out of pocket expense that should have not occurred to a life long GM owner for the last 49 years. This was definitely not caused by misuse by the consumer as outlined by other service personnel. More
