I went in for am oil change, rep sold me on buying a new internal filter. When i returned home, found a black plastic piece on my seat. Apparently the mechanic broke the panel the surrounds the glove box w internal filter. When i returned home, found a black plastic piece on my seat. Once it arrives, it will make my 3rd trip to the dealership regarding an oil change, inconvenient to say the least. More
