The best dealership experience I have ever had I have purchased and leased several cars in my life, but this was the best experience I have ever had. He took a lot of time to explain every detail of the Odyssey we chose. He was very knowledgeable on the car and all that this dealership offered. Jason Crater was the sales manager that assisted us with the final cost. He was very helpful in explaining our options and the pricing was exceptional. Amy, our sales representative was friendly, no nonsense and knowledgeable! My husband is extremely hard to deal with but Amy handled him perfectly! To say the least we loved it so much that we brought our daughter in a few months later to purchase the Honda Accord! Unfortunately, my daughter had recently purchased a used vehicle from another dealer with too many miles. Amy and management worked diligently to assist her but was honest about her current situation. My family understood and valued Ray Price Honda for their no nonsense approach to salesmanship!! I inquired about a vehicle on the internet and Zach did not constantly call or email me, which I liked. I merely asked if a certain vehicle was available and he said it was. I emailed him 2 days later that I was coming in and reconfirmed the car. He introduced me to Felix, my salesperson. I immediately had good rapport with him and he took me out for a test drive and I loved the car. I did not have to haggle over price. They low balled my trade in, which was expected, but eventually compromised on a good price. The finance manager only sold me the extras that I wanted and they were to benefit me. I bought a 2009 Honda Pilot Touring so I already knew that I needed GAP insurance and an extended warranty. Overall, I was in and out in about 2 hours. It took longer for me because of my bank and insurance company, but it was well worth the wait. More
