Great Dealership and Sales staff I worked with Amy McDonough, and Zach (Internet Sales since I used the USAA Buying Service). We drove in from the Wilke-Barre area, in part because I I worked with Amy McDonough, and Zach (Internet Sales since I used the USAA Buying Service). Once again, Amy was outstanding, and really helped us 'in getting to know the NEW 2016 Honda HR-V. Amy is not only very professional, but cares about her customers and makes them feel more like 'family' than just someone buying a car. We got a good deal on the car and our trade, and the Rick, the Business Manager, got me a good finance deal that was better than the pre-approved one I came in with. After another 10Mins he called back with all the available Crv's and Pilots in the models and colors I wanted. He also able to tell me the interest and payment amount. I got to the dealer at 1PM and was on my way home by 3PM with my new CRV. Amy Mcdonough transferred my plates and insurance for me. Best car buying experience I have ever had.
